Rent Invoice
Your Tenant Will Always Know When, Where and How Much They Need to Pay.
At least one week prior to the end of the month , your tenants will receive their monthly rental invoice via email or mail, whichever method they prefer. The invoice will include a detailed breakdown of any rent and applicable lease or utility charges if necessary. This allows each tenant the ability to stay on top of their rent payments.
Rent Collection
Pay Online or by Mail, Collection Made Quick and Easy.
With our Pay Online feature, paying your rent is made seamlessly and efficiently. But if you prefer to drop a check in the mail to pay your rent, no problem, we accept this method as well. We recognize the importance of timely rental payments , so that expense payments can be made on time. Tenants that have not paid by the 5th of each month, will receive reminders via email and phone. We continue to follow up with the tenant until the rent is paid in full.

APARTMENT TURNOVER SERVICE

Pre-move out inspections are conducted in two weeks of the tenants departure from the property. Once the tenant has left the premises, our team will fully inspect the unit again for damage that might have occurred, or missing items at the property. We obtain estimates, and facilitate any deductions to the deposit for any repairs that are needed. We also oversee any turn-over at the apartment or building such as painting, floor refinishing, basic repairs and other items that are required.

We track all inventory and keep detailed records on furnishings in your apartment. We have tenants sign the inventory statement upon moving in so there are no disputes upon the tenant’s vacating the apartment. We will also replace any broken or missing items so they are present for the next tenant. If you would like to rent your apartment furnished, our staff decorators can provide expertise on furnishings based on the specific needs of your apartment.
